About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Associate — Vaccine Division (Asansol HQ) to join our client's pharmaceutical team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving vaccine advocacy, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions, and expanding market presence across key therapy areas including Pediatrics, Neonatology, and Clinical Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail vaccine products to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, and key healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and institutional clients.
- Achieve sales targets, market coverage, and territory growth objectives.
- Conduct scientific product discussions, clinical presentation updates, and medical symposia support.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and feedback to refine field strategies.
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily doctor calls, stockist orders, and sales distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: B SC / B PHARM (PREFERENCE) / ANY GRADUATE.
- Experience: PEDIATRIC, NUTRITION, VACCINE, NEONATOLOGY.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior field experience in Vaccine, Pediatric, Nutrition, or Neonatology divisions.
- Strong relationship network with healthcare institutions and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and market expansion targets.
