About the Position
Sen Placement is mandated by premier Health Insurance and Life Insurance companies to recruit proactive Direct Channel sales professionals in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle direct customer inquiries, corporate tie-up leads, and customer walk-ins.
- Conduct financial need analysis and recommend customized health and life insurance plans.
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding, policy documentation, and sales conversions.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and referral leads.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduation preferred (or Post-Graduate degree in any stream).
- Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Bancassurance, or BFSI Sales are encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 4 years of sales experience in Direct Sales / Retail Insurance / Financial Services.
- Good communication and sales skills, with strong negotiation and client handling capabilities.
- Self-motivated, customer-centric attitude, and target orientation.
