About the Position

Sen Placement is mandated by leading Health Insurance and Life Insurance providers to recruit experienced Bancassurance professionals across partner bank branches in Maharashtra.

Available Locations in Maharashtra

• Mumbai: Andheri, South Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan
• Pune Region: Pune City, Pimpri Chinchwad
• Vidarbha Region: Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

• Stationed at partner bank branches to pitch Health & Life Insurance products to bank account holders and walk-in customers.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with bank branch managers, staff, and customer service teams to generate warm leads.
• Conduct joint client meetings, analyze customer financial requirements, and offer appropriate policy solutions.
• Drive policy issuance, documentation, customer onboarding, and renewal retention.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduation preferred (or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline).
• Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Bancassurance, or BFSI Sales are encouraged to apply.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Bancassurance, Direct, or Agency) or Retail Banking / Financial Services sales.
• Good communication and sales skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Good understanding of Health / Life Insurance products and bank partner coordination.
