About the Position
Sen Placement is mandated by top-tier Health Insurance and Life Insurance companies to recruit high-performing Agency Channel professionals across Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of active insurance advisors and financial consultants.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual agency sales targets, advisor activation rates, and branch business growth.
- Conduct regular team briefings, joint field calls, and training sessions for agency partners.
- Ensure full compliance with IRDAI guidelines, underwriting norms, and persistent policy issuance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduation preferred (or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline).
- Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Bancassurance, or BFSI Sales are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales and advisor management experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance (Agency Channel mandatory).
- Good communication and strong sales skills.
- Strong network of financial advisors, agents, and local distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership and target-driven mindset.
